SLP College became a registered charity in July 2019. Our charitable objects are to advance the education of pupils at SLP College by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities of Drama, Music and Dance. To advance the life of young people by providing education and training in the study of Music and other arts to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.

Felix has travelled extensively through the Americas, Asia and South Pacific. He is the Director of a Security Systems company in the UK and is Anilio Campus Co- Focaliser at the Greek non-profit 'Pelion Centre for Holistic Education' whose vision is a world where authentic community and sustainable living are the foundation of all aspects of our society.
As an alumna of SLP, Charlotte has enjoyed following the college since she graduated in 2009. She has been a teacher for 12 years and has worked in both state and private sectors. Charlotte now runs her own private tuition business specialising in exam prep for some of the top schools in the country. As well as teaching academic subjects, she enjoys teaching musical theatre, drama, dance and singing to help students gain performing arts scholarships. She also teaches the children in the casts of touring West End shows when they visit the North East, where she lives.
Eileen retired in July 2016 from her position as Educational Co-ordinator and Head of Integrated Professional Studies here at SLP College. Eileen taught at St Peter’s CE Primary School, Fieldhead JI&N School, Paddock JI&N School (Senior Teacher, for 2 years) and was an Advisory Teacher for Kirklees LEA, running courses and supporting teachers in KS2 English and curriculum planning. She worked as a supply teacher for Kirklees, Bradford and Leeds LEAs over a period of several years, as well as coaching children privately and training teachers in the marking of KS2 English SATs.
Eileen studied with the Open University, achieving her BA in 1988. Voluntary work has involved being an active committee member of Dewsbury Arts Group for 15 years and a governor of Fieldhead JI&N School (Kirklees LEA) for 4 years.
Marcus Tudge, Cert.ICSA
Marcus is currently employed by Fairstone Financial Management Limited, one of the UK’s largest Chartered independent financial planning firms. Marcus has extensive experience of financial management, regulatory compliance and leadership, having worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, in various managerial roles across the private sector, managing domestic and overseas operations.
Following a career with Dealwise, TD Waterhouse (UK) and Capita Asset Services, Marcus as worked on many projects which have delivered real value to the individual organisations and enhanced the overall operational efficiency. During his career Marcus gained the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Qualification (Cert. ICSA).
Co-founder and director of a number of startup companies, Marcus is currently studying for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
