Students gain employment as Musical Theatre Performers, singers, actors. Current destinations include: The West End, Touring Shows and Plays, Films and TV, Regional Theatre and Cruise Ships.

Whilst attending SLP, students are used for professional cabaret work and shows and are actively encouraged to audition for pantomime and holiday engagements where opportunities arise. However students have to obtain the prior written permission of the Principal.

All students are invited to join Equity at student level. Every endeavor is made to place each student in full time employment on completion of his or her course. Agents frequently use our professional cabaret group and our singers to perform at a wide range of venues throughout the North of England.
